A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a West Highland White Terrier PUPPY which is in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the West Highland White Terrier breed . This PUPPY is purebred and is registerable with the American Kennel Club (AKC).
The parents of this PUPPY are both in good health and available for the Buyer to inspect.
This PUPPY is registered with a unlimited registration, which will not prohibit showing, breeding and registering offspring.
The BREEDER guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of the sale. The BREEDER guarantees the PUPPY to free of deformity or serious health problems for 30 days after the purchase date. The BREEDER guarantees the PUPPY to free of genetic disease for one year after the puppy's birth. This guarantee does not apply to parasites, giardiasis, coccidiosis, or other such minor or ubiquitous conditions. The guarantee does not apply to diseases covered by a regular PUPPY vaccination schedule if the BUYER has not taken the PUPPY to a vet and continued the PUPPY's vaccination schedule.
The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said PUPPY after delivery.
The BUYER agrees to have this PUPPY examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. The BUYER agrees to maintain the PUPPY's vaccination schedule.
If the PUPPY is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER'S veterinarian, it shall be returned to the BREEDER immediately, and the purchase price will be refunded.
All appropriate shots for the PUPPY's age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.
The BUYER agrees to maintain the PUPPY's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm prevention and test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.
The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.
There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc.. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the PUPPY is no longer under their control.
The BREEDER may, as a courtesy to the BUYER, make shipping arrangements or deliver the PUPPY to a prearranged location. However, the BREEDER is under no obligation to make shipping arrangements, nor to deliver the PUPPY in any manner. It is the BUYER'S responsibily to provide transportation for the PUPPY in all instances.
The BREEDER neither makes or implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. The BUYER'S signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
